The market in 2025 has been turbulent and challenging, yet HercuLux never ceased its progress. In the first half of the year, we defied the trend by successively launching multiple innovative products that gained strong market traction, demonstrating robust resilience. Simultaneously, our showcase at several international exhibitions garnered significant recognition and warm interest from numerous clients. Now, let me introduce the series of new products we have developed this year.
Softy Series
Recently, we introduced to everyone a series of new products we have developed this year.
As is well known, silicone lenses are renowned for their high-temperature resistance and excellent flexibility. HercuLux Optics has been dedicated to this field for years. We have not only delved deeply into the versatility of silicone materials but have also successfully applied silicone lens technology across multiple sectors. Next, we will consolidate the key characteristics and product specifications of our silicone lenses.
Feature One: Low Dust Adhesion
Leveraging the inherent physical properties of Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), Hengkun's proprietary coating technology forms a protective layer on the lens surface, effectively preventing dust accumulation and electrostatic discharge.
Feature Two: Low Yellowing
During the synthesis of our silicone gel, we strictly control the content of chloride ions within the silicone resin to less than 1 ppm. Furthermore, we ensure the platinum catalyst initiator is fully reacted during synthesis. As a result, the yellowing of our silicone gel lenses is negligible!
Through extensive experimentation, we have successfully resolved the issue of permanent yellowing in silicone gel lenses. As a breakthrough technology, choosing HercuLux Silicone Gel Lenses will provide your luminaire products with significantly enhanced stability and reliability.
Feature Three:
Resistance to High-Temperature Reactions
Silicone material is an excellent high-temperature-resistant substance, capable of stable long-term operation in environments up to 140°C — significantly outperforming conventional PC and PMMA materials on the market. This enables the design of luminaires with higher power output.
Kirin Optical Platform
On the Kylin Optics Platform, we have launched a comprehensive silicone lens series with specifications designed to address diverse application requirements. Our product range includes diameters ranging from Ø20mm to Ø83mm and beam angles covering 10°, 15°, 24°, 36°, and 50°.
Specially designed high-temperature resistant lens holder
Due to the high-temperature resistance of silicone lenses, we have specifically developed heat-resistant lens mounts to enhance product stability and reliability.
Silicone Color-Mixed Lens
Herculux Optics has developed and introduced a compact,high perfomace silicone lens featuring a small size,narrow beam angel, high luminius efficacy,and superior color mixing-precisely meeting the market's high demand for highly integrated,small-form-factor solution.
Ultra-high efficiency
Adopting Softy's self-developed silicone material, it inherits all the advantages of silicone lens, high heat resistance (200℃+), so that the lamps can do higher power, high light transmittance (95%), to ensure the high efficiency of the lamps. (Data as shown)

The annual highlight of the industry, the Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair, is set to commence.
